ROLE SUMMARY

Tally Group is building the software tools and analytics for the next generation of energy retailers. We are a dynamic and growing SaaS-based company at the forefront of the disrupting and evolving energy sector. We’re dedicated to solving problems for our clients and allowing them to meet the needs of their end customers.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for successful billing platform outcomes and delivery of business and client initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Be the main point of contact for our clients for support, escalations and enhancements.

·     Attend meetings with our clients related to support, development and projects.

·     Manage up to four Tally Group clients.

·     Management of the platform delivery roadmap.

·     Writing detailed weekly and monthly reports.

·     Managing continuous improvement initiatives.

·     Informing management of any issues and risks.

·     Manage professional relationships with Tally Group clients and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

·     Energy industry experience highly desirable.

·     Experience in a similar Delivery Management role is essential.

·     Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders to drive success, alignment and consistency.

·     Experience in billing product delivery highly desirable.

·     Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
